But they are not always good for everyone. * Dyes and creams, like conditioners and color boosters. Dyes and creams don't do anything to your hair in the short term. In the long term, you will get permanent damage if you eat a lot of them. You don't have to worry about how your hair looks after eating too many dyes and creams. They may leave some hair shafts with visible damage, like darkening or fading. You can't do anything about it. You'll get that after a long time.
It's very important to know what you're eating. If you're eating a lot of protein and oils (saturated fats, for example), your hair will get very brittle and it may be harder to manage your hair. There's no way to hide the damage.
