If you are thinking of buying this book, then you are probably already using it. If you are not sure, click here to review the book on Amazon. (There is a lot of bad stuff there. Don't bother.) I am not affiliated with any of these companies, but I would like to help you to decide which ones work and which ones don't. You can help me out here on Amazon by going to my review page, rating the product with one of the three ratings of five stars, and leaving a comment that you would be willing to buy. I will take the first ten comments in the review and I will write an article about them and you, the reader, will be the author. I am not a professional psychologist. I'm simply a layman who has read and tried many different products for stress relief and who would like to contribute to the growing evidence base. Please consider my product list a very broad one. There are hundreds of products out there, but if you can, choose a product that works for you and then come back and add your own experience to my list. You are not alone in your experience.
